Project
By accompanying PULSAT in the deployment of its licensed masters in France and overseas, we created a furniture design concept for stores.
The different objectives were:
- To design a more attractive customer journey in the heart of the sales outlets
- To value the customer experience by developing the touch of products
- To optimize accessibility
- To increase the visibility of sales outlets
- To humanize the brand by developing a strong identity.
We also designed more than 20 pieces of furniture and installed the "pilot stores" on the Epinal sites in Cayenne and Calvi. The concept was developed according to each product range, their need for accessibility, the customer sensitivity resulting from the analysis of the PULSAT merchandising studies and the audit of a qualified working group composed to follow the project .
