In the last 5 years, François Adamski and Michel Roth (starred chefs, Best Workers in France and Bocuses d’Or), Dominique Hébrard (former owner of the Chateau Cheval Blanc) and the Absolute Event team, have created a charity dinner which benefits the Association Aquitaine Destination.
Realized in prestigious chateaux : Bellefont-Belcier, Yquem, Haut-Brion, Angélus et Domaine de Chevalier, this initiative enabled the development of the "Cordon Numérique" project between premature infants and their families (videoconferencing system and a secure server).
Dinner seats are limited and sold entirely for the benefit of supported projects.
